The Holiday Inn Toronto Bloor Yorkville is situated on the doorstep to the historic University of Toronto campus. Our fashionable Bloor Street West address borders the upscale Yorkville district with its internationally recognized designer boutiques, urbane café's and trendy restaurants as well as the earthy Annex Village with its unique blend of hippie chic and ethnic couture, pubs and eclectic dining possibilities.

We are adjacent to St. George Station subway station for a less than ten minute ride to Ossington Subway Station. The Toronto Improv Festival venue, Comedy Bar, is located across the street from the Ossington Subway Station.

The Holiday Inn Bloor Yorkville offers 209 well-appointed, comfortable and modern rooms with two double beds. The rooms include private bath with shower, coffee-maker, hairdryer, iron with ironing board, climate control and cable television with pay-per-view.

Keeping you informed is our priority by offering complimentary in-room Hi Speed Wireless Internet connection and newspaper delivery to your door every weekday morning. We also want to encourage you to stay on your fitness regime by offering you a cardio room here at the hotel and complimentary access to the nearby JCC a state of the art fitness centre with a guarded pool. And just-in-case, we also provide a laundry room with complimentary use of our machines. Underground parking is available for a nominal fee. Baggage storage can also be arranged.

Festival Room Rate

For visitors to the festival, the hotel has put forward rates of:

  • $99 CAD per room per night (occupancy: up to two people)
  • $104 CAD per room per night (occupancy: three people)
  • $109 CAD per room per night (occupancy: four people)

Rooms must be booked by Oct. 3. Rates do not include applicable taxes (currently 13% HST).

Also note:

  • Use booking code "PRV" when making your reservation.
  • Check-in: 3pm. Check-out: 12pm.
  • Parking is an additional $22/day with in/out privileges.
  • Hotel has a 100% non-smoking policy and non-compliance will result in a $200.00 cleaning fee.
  • Rooms are based upon availability.
